Metric Home is a customizable overview, not an autonomous medical briefing. It brings selected Metric and Apple Health data into tiles so you can scan recent values and open a detailed view when something deserves attention.
What you control
- Choose which supported tiles appear on Home.
- Reorder tiles to match your priorities.
- Open detailed views for the context behind a summary.
- Review data-coverage indicators when an estimate needs more information.
Customization is user-directed
Metric does not claim here that Home automatically reorders itself from travel, training, or biomarker predictions. The current experience gives the user control over selection and order.
A concise dashboard is most useful as a starting point. Open the underlying trend, check when and where the data was recorded, and avoid treating a single tile or day as a complete account of health.
Wellness and editorial boundary
Metric is a wellness product. Its scores, AI responses, nutrition analyses, and wearable-derived values are informational estimates, not diagnoses or medical advice. Results depend on the data available and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review source data and speak with a qualified professional about health concerns.
