Correction — reviewed July 16, 2026

An earlier version of this page described a longevity leaderboard and included unverified member counts, engagement figures, and attributed team commentary. Those statements have been removed. A public longevity leaderboard is not represented as a current Metric feature.

What Metric supports now

The current social experience focuses on profiles, following, workout posts, achievements, notifications, and optional live-workout visibility. These tools let people share activity and support one another without ranking biological-age estimates.

  • Follow people and manage social notifications.
  • Share completed workouts and achievement cards.
  • Let selected activity appear in the social experience.
  • Use privacy and audience controls before sharing sensitive details.

Product plans can change. Metric will update public feature pages when a feature ships rather than treating a concept or roadmap item as available functionality.

Wellness and editorial boundary

Metric is a wellness product. Its scores, AI responses, nutrition analyses, and wearable-derived values are informational estimates, not diagnoses or medical advice. Results depend on the data available and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review source data and speak with a qualified professional about health concerns.
