Correction — reviewed July 16, 2026
An earlier version described “Health Hub,” automated report cards, risk detection, PDF exports, and clinician-ready summaries as current features. Those claims have been removed because they are not represented in the current app implementation reviewed for this update.
Metric currently provides Home tiles and detailed metric views that organize available wellness, activity, workout, sleep, nutrition, cardiovascular, and body-composition data. These views can make trends easier to inspect, but they do not audit every health risk or create a complete medical record.
How to review a trend responsibly
- Check the date range, source device, units, and missing periods.
- Prefer repeated measurements over a single outlier.
- Review the detailed source values behind a summary or estimate.
- Export or share information only through functionality currently visible in the app; do not assume this legacy URL promises a report format.
If you want to discuss a trend with a professional, use the underlying records that are actually available and explain how they were collected. A polished dashboard does not make consumer-device data equivalent to a clinical record.
Wellness and editorial boundary
Metric is a wellness product. Its scores, AI responses, nutrition analyses, and wearable-derived values are informational estimates, not diagnoses or medical advice. Results depend on the data available and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review source data and speak with a qualified professional about health concerns.
